Shipping – Freshness First, Always

Our snacks are preservative-free and shipped frozen to keep that bold flavor locked in. Because of this, we only ship when we can guarantee your Balls arrive fresh and ready to roll.

Processing & Shipping Schedule

  • Orders placed Monday through Wednesday ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after Wednesday may ship the following Monday to make sure your Balls don’t sit in a warehouse over the weekend.
    We’re all about quality—no compromises.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
    (Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather.)

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number. Watch your Balls make their way to you like a GPS for flavor.

Lost or Damaged Balls

Returns & Refunds – We Ride Hard, But We Play Fair

We want you to love your Balls as much as we do. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle it:

No Returns on Frozen Snacks
Because our snacks are preservative-free and shipped frozen for freshness, we can’t accept returns once they leave our hands. (Trust us—you wouldn’t want thawed Balls sitting around.)

Damaged or Wrong Order?
If your Balls arrive looking like they went through a rock garden—or if we sent the wrong flavor—email us at CHoyt@SassyBallsOfficial.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank, but usually within 5–7 business days.
